Another project designed in assocation with iQ Content is the website for globalCOAL’s trading and brokerage service. This site is the home of SCoTA, the world's most widely used standard coal contract, alongside globalCOAL’s popular coal price data packages.
The main ‘brochure’ website gives general information about the company and the benefits of signing-up as a trader. Using orange from the brand colours, the site features strong headline images and shows samples of the types of the data available to members.
Once a user joins globalCOAL, they obtain access to the secure part of the site. This section was colour-coded blue to differentiate it, and contains detailed daily information on coal price data and reports, along wth other content such as calculators and newsletters.
