In 2012, I worked with iQ Content on the design for the website for Ireland’s 2013 EU Presidency, the six-month rotating meeting of EU leaders.
The celtic branding for the Presidency was created by Red Dog. Image-wise, the project didn’t have the most exciting photos (sorry, EU leaders), so content took centre-stage instead. The challenge was to display a great deal of information in a clean and clear way, which was acheived by use of grids, colour blocks, simple typography and lots of white space.
